Shipping policy

**Please understand that your expectations of my shop may not be the same as the Armored Jewelry policies. Please review Armored Jewelry shop policies before purchasing**

**Armored Jewelry reserves the right to refuse service for customers we do not wish to work with**

*Expedited order processing/shipping is available upon request, for an additional fee (For U.S. orders only). Please note that this option might not be available during busy times of year (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas, etc)

Please note: I ship to the address provided at checkout. Please be sure that address is correct. For security purposes, I cannot ship to a different address than the one provided by customer during checkout.

U.S. Orders:
Will include delivery tracking number.
*If you'd like to add shipping insurance, please contact me before making your purchase so that I can add that for you. Insurance will cover if the package is lost/stolen/damaged during transit. It is the responsibility of the customer to purchase shipping insurance. If shipping insurance isn't added and your package is lost/stolen/damaged during shipping, Armored Jewelry will not be held responsible or liable.

International orders:
**I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ADDING INSURANCE FOR ALL ORDERS, ESPECIALLY INTERNATIONAL ORDERS!!!**
Tracking may not be available for international orders.
PLEASE NOTE:
Seller is NOT responsible for customs fees and import taxes imposed on buyer by their country of residence. Falsifying customs declaration forms in order to help a Buyer avoid these taxes and fees is against the law, and comes with a punishment of up to $10,000 USD with the possibility of up to 5 years of imprisonment. Seller is not responsible for calculating import fees. Buyer can get an estimate of their import fees by contacting their local postal service or customs agency.

***I am NOT responsible for any lost or misplaced packages once they are in the hands of the postmaster. In the case of a lost/stolen/misplaced package, I will do everything I can to answer any questions or help in any way I can, but the customer will be responsible for contacting the postal service/customs agency to file a report.*** Customer will have to contact the United States Postal Service to ask about any possible reimbursement on their part. USPS can be contacted at 1-800-275-8777. Adding shipping insurance when purchasing your order is greatly encouraged.

***IF A PACKAGE IS RETURNED TO THE SELLER FOR ANY REASON, THE CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING TO HAVE THE PACKAGE RE-SHIPPED TO THEM.

**FOR THOSE WHO PURCHASE PACKAGE INSURANCE: If an INSURED package is lost or damaged during transit, you must contact Armored Supply Co immediately. I will file a claim with the postal insurance company and/or USPS. Lost/damaged package claims can take an average of 4-6 weeks to resolve. Once the postal insurance company/USPS finalizes their investigation and sends reimbursement for the case, I will then remake or reimburse for the lost/damaged items.
